Cleaner Image Associates was established in 1986 and has been satisfying the janitorial needs of Central & Eastern Massachusetts businesses ever since.

We are an extremely hands-on firm, continuously in search of ways to ensure our customers receive the very best service for least amount of money.  We pride ourselves on staying in touch with our customers to prevent problems before they happen.  We would enjoy the opportunity to present you with a free facility analysis to see if Cleaner Image Associates can improve the quality of cleaning in your facility and or lower your cleaning costs.

Communications

Besides our nightly supervision, we provide you with weekly or monthly walk through with an officer of Cleaner Image.

You choose how you wish to communicate with us-- cell phone, email, land phone, log book-- it is strictly up to you. We will answer the call.

Equipment

Our vacuums clean not only your carpets and floors but also the air in your facility. Our cleaning chemical are safe yet very efficient. We use extremely powerful high tech floor and carpet cleaning equipment. We inspect our janitorial closets monthly to make sure they are clean and presentable.

Cleaning Technicians & Managers

Our cleaning technicians are trained in-house and on the job. Our cleaners are compensated in a way to insure a focus on quality. They receive monthly bonuses for a job well done and for referrals sent to us by our satisfied customers.

We notify our customers of any problems in their facility regardless of responsibility.

Guarantee

We want you to feel confident that your facility will be cleaned the way you like it every time. If you are not satisfied in any way with our service we will happily return and clean whatever is in question at no additional charge. We will work extremely hard so you won’t have to make that call, but if you do we won’t stop working until you are ecstatic with our service.
